Build Your Career Teaching Financial Literacy
We're looking for people who genuinely care about making investing less intimidating. Not the types who memorize textbooks—the ones who remember what it felt like not to understand any of this stuff.
If you think personal finance should be accessible to everyone, and you're willing to meet learners where they are, we should talk.
Current Openings
We're growing our team throughout 2025. These positions start in autumn, giving you time to wrap up current commitments.
Investment Education Specialist
Guide learners through complex financial concepts and help build their understanding of market fundamentals. You'll create supportive learning environments where people feel comfortable asking questions about investing.
Express InterestCurriculum Content Developer
Turn complicated investment strategies into clear, practical lessons. You'll work with educators to build course materials that actually make sense to beginners who've never touched a stock before.
Express InterestStudent Success Coordinator
Help learners stay on track when the material gets challenging. You'll check in with students, answer their questions, and connect them with resources when they need extra support.
Express InterestMeet Some of Our Team
Real people who came from different backgrounds and found their way into financial education. They'll tell you it's challenging work, but also pretty rewarding.
Kieran Ljungberg
Senior Investment Educator
"I spent years explaining ETFs to confused relatives at dinner parties. Now I do it professionally and people actually listen."
Dmitri Vasylenko
Curriculum Developer
"Breaking down compound interest so it clicks for someone? That moment when their eyes light up makes the entire week worthwhile."
Hugo Koskinen
Student Success Lead
"Some learners need more time. Others need different explanations. My job is figuring out what each person needs to succeed."
What We Offer
Beyond the standard stuff like health coverage and paid time off, here's what actually matters when you work here.
Professional Development Budget
Take courses, attend conferences, or get certifications. We set aside funds each year for you to keep learning because stagnant educators make boring classes.
Flexible Schedule Options
Some people work better early morning. Others hit their stride later. We care about the quality of your teaching, not whether you're at your desk at exactly 9am.
Collaborative Environment
Regular team workshops where we share what's working in our classes. Steal teaching techniques from each other. Build better courses together.
Remote Work Support
Mix in-person and remote teaching. We've built systems that actually work for hybrid education instead of forcing everyone into the office daily.
Open Communication Culture
Bring ideas directly to leadership. Challenge course designs that aren't working. We'd rather fix problems early than pretend everything's perfect.
How Our Hiring Process Works
Initial Conversation
We'll talk for about 30 minutes. Nothing formal—just getting to know why you're interested in financial education and what you bring to the table.
Teaching Demo
Pick any investment topic and teach it to us for 15 minutes. We want to see how you explain complex ideas, not test your finance knowledge.
Team Meeting
Spend a couple hours with people you'd actually work with. Ask them honest questions about what it's really like here.
Final Discussion
Talk specifics about role expectations, schedule, and compensation. Make sure this actually works for both of us before anyone commits.
